Well, it's back!

Yes, it’s very early to be launching a pre-sale for the holidays. However, there’s a reason for this madness. 2024 was the biggest year ever for our mystery sale, thanks in part to a few mentions in newsletters and social media posts from our friends at Chase Bliss during their own mystery sale. This was fantastic for us, but it also bumped our anticipated sales up about 70%, which definitely had us scrambling and running late with orders.

Cut to this year. 2025 has been an odd one in the pedal world. Rising costs, tariffs, and a downturn in sales for many companies have made forecasting difficult. It’s also much riskier for small manufacturers like us to build up a large amount of stock that may not move anywhere near as fast as it did the previous year. For small-scale, hand-built pedal makers, survival hinges on limited batch runs and the steady introduction of new designs. Being stuck with a pile of unsold inventory that you’ve already paid a higher-than-usual cost to produce can be devastating. Add to that the fact that Chase Bliss won’t be running their own sale this year, and we’re left with some very unpredictable numbers.

So, we’re getting a nice early start to help gauge what the last quarter of the year will look like, and launching now really helps us prepare.

We’re super excited for this year’s sale and have some extra-fun plans for builds as well. We’ve also decided to keep the price the same, even though rising costs have bitten into our bottom line.

Soon after your purchase, we’ll send out estimated ship dates just like last year.

About the Mystery Pedal Sale

Your purchase guarantees you a pedal worth more than the price. Your pedal may be something from our regular line, something from the custom shop, something from our folded steel line, or even something custom… You won’t know till you get it! Also, a few lucky people will find a gift in the box with their pedal…

Rules of the mystery sale:

1. No specific requests, no matter what. We’re thrilled you are participating in the mystery sale, but in order to keep the “mystery” part intact, we need to stick to no requests at all.

2. Your pedal will be a final sale. However, it will carry a lifetime warranty just like all of our pedals. And don’t worry, we aren’t going to send you something crappy, we promise!

3. You will receive a pedal that is brand new, no used pedals will be sent. You could receive a blem unit, but the blem will be small or barely noticeable, we promise.

4. There will be a couple of our most expensive pedals in the mix just to keep things exciting!
