Before You Contact Us

As Wren and Cuff has grown, it becomes harder and harder to reply to each message we get individually. That said, we do still reply to messages if it is really needed, but would ask that you give this a read before contacting us. Please don't take this as a lack of care for our customers! We know it is you who keep us growing and very much appreciate your business and interest. This is simply a practicality issue because we have a small staff.

Also, please check out our FAQ section. Many questions will be answered there.

  • Questions like, "I'm trying get the same tone as this guy", or, "I'm looking for a warm fuzz with lots of lows", are nearly impossible to answer via email. The nuance and subjectivity of tones are such personal decisions that for us to answer is very difficult to do. It is much, much, easier to read over the various descriptions on our site as well as take a look at the video demos both on our site, and YouTube to get an idea of how each pedal sounds (go HERE for many, many, YouTube vids of our pedals). Our descriptions of each pedal are intentionally very long, detailed, and descriptive to help you decide the best fit for what you're after. We like details, and try to give as many as possible for each pedal. We get many, many, emails asking questions in which it is obvious the person did not even read the description on our website.

  • For repairs, go HERE. All info and warranty questions are addressed on that page. The short answer to those questions is usually YES, we will repair your pedal free. All Wren and Cuff pedals come with a lifetime no questions asked warranty.

  • For inquiries regarding making us demos for your youtube channel, vids, etc, please know that 99% of the time we can't send you free pedals. We are a small company that makes all of our pedals by hand. We simply can't afford to give out pedals for free. We get a lot of emails that begin with, "I'm starting this youtube channel, and really love your stuff, can you send me some pedals to demo, etc...". Sorry, but we can't accommodate you most of the time (and any generic form letters with our name popped in the intro line will surely not be answered). However, if you have a VERY well established channel with an extremely large subscriber list, then go ahead and shoot us an email for consideration, but please know in advance that most often the answer will respectfully be no.

Thank you for taking the time to give this a read.

Sincerely,

Wren and Cuff Customer Service
